Managers are responsible for ensuring that their teams comply with Levino Capital’s cybersecurity governance policies. This includes:
- Enforcing dual-approval and Segregation of Duties (SoD) for financial transactions above AUD 500,000.
- Ensuring team members complete mandatory cybersecurity awareness training.
- Acting as the first escalation point when suspicious activity is reported.
- Keeping the incident contact list up to date and ensuring staff know the escalation process.
- Promoting a culture of “stop, check, and verify” when handling unusual requests.
By embedding these responsibilities into daily management, cybersecurity becomes part of routine operations rather than an afterthought.
