The Manager Cybersecurity Training Module is designed for Levino Capital’s leadership team to strengthen security governance, ensure policy compliance, and promote a culture of accountability across all departments.
Managers play a critical role in leading by example ensuring their teams follow security protocols, report incidents promptly, and continuously improve cyber awareness.

Through targeted lessons and leadership-based exercises, participants will:

• Understand how to implement organisational security policies, including the Incident Response Plan (IRP), dual-approval process, and vendor compliance requirements.
• Learn how to identify and mitigate executive-level threats such as whaling, business email compromise, and social engineering scams.
• Gain practical experience in guiding staff through MFA, SEG, and EDR adoption while reinforcing accountability and KPI-driven reporting.
• Develop leadership habits that align with ISO 27001 Annex A.6 (Organisation of Information Security) and A.16 (Incident Management) to ensure proper escalation and oversight.
• Learn to analyse training completion, phishing resilience, and reporting KPIs to measure their team’s security maturity.

By the end of this module, Levino Capital’s managers will be equipped to lead with confidence, reinforce secure behaviour across teams, and ensure cybersecurity becomes an integral part of daily business operations.
